The show centers on loud-mouthed Irish matriarch Agnes Brown and her unruly brood. Her favourite pastime is meddling in the lives of her six children. In this season, preparations for Marias wedding are well underway and Mrs Brown is looking forward to the upcoming nuptials. Unfortunately, the groom is less than enamoured with the whole idea.
